Green Creation designs and constructs pools in Dubai and maintains them once they are ready. We have experience with pools up to Olympic size for individuals and businesses. For the bigger jobs, we are either the general contractor or the builder's pool subcontractor.
Any job requires a site survey and a set of drawings to begin. We agree the design with you and your architect. The quote lists each part with its own price: the shell, the waterproofing, the pipes, the plant room, the tiling and the lighting. You know what you are paying for before we start digging.

Indoor Pools
Indoor pools are more complex than outdoor pools. Humidity, air handling and condensation have to be accounted for with the pool. If they aren't, they appear as damp walls and rusting fittings a year later. We plan the pool and the room together, for villas, hotels and gyms. Heating is part of the design, so the water stays comfortable in cooler months.
Outdoor Pools
Most of our work in Dubai is outdoor villa pools – skimmer and overflow pools, infinity edges, sun shelves, spas and swim jets. Here, the outdoor water becomes very warm by July and loses a lot to evaporation. That's why it's worth thinking about installing cooling and a pool cover at the design stage, because that's when it costs least to add them.
Pools We Build
The right pool depends on the site, the budget and how you'll use it. Once we’ve had a look at the site, we’ll let you know which one works.
Most Dubai villas have concrete pools, either gunite or shotcrete. Any shape and any depth you want. You can see the lake, the sea or the golf course with infinity and overflow pools. They need a bigger plant room and a tank for balance.
Fibreglass pools are easier and quicker to install if there is easy access for a crane or truck. Indoor pools are designed to operate with the room’s heating and cooling systems. The structural design for the rooftop and podium pools is carried out with the building engineer. Lap and plunge pools are great for small yards and gardens.
Hotels, communities and gyms have commercial pools that are built to the Dubai Municipality's rules for public pools.
Luxury Pools
On bigger villas we design the pool, the deck and the space around it as one project. An overflow or infinity edge. A glass wall. A sunken seating area. A spa with jets or a wide swim-up step. We choose natural stone or porcelain for decking, and plan shade so the pool area can be used on a summer afternoon. Lights in the water, on the steps and along the deck can be run from one control, either a switch or an app. Green Creation built gardens before it built pools. So the planting and paving around the pool are done in tandem with the pool itself, and the entire outdoor space ends up looking like one design.
Pool Repair and Maintenance
We are hired by property owners, hotel managers and building managers across the UAE to service and fix everything from small garden pools to Olympic-sized commercial pools. Our commercial divers are also qualified pool engineers. Instead of draining and refilling the pool, many leaks and other problems can be located and repaired underwater. We look over the pool and check the fill water before we give you a price for maintenance. Dubai tap water (desalinated) is low in calcium. If it isn’t balanced it will eat away at plaster and grout over time. Pricing starts at AED 299/month and is weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Once a year we check the pump against its performance curve, check the filter, and recalibrate the controller and dosing. We also offer our services for saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs.
